Nage No Kata Seminar

Thank you to Master Engelhardt for coming back for a few days of classes and for our all-day Nage No Kata extravaganza.

Remember when your mom or dad used to say “If all of your friends jumped off a bridge, would you do it too?” Well, if they ever ask you “If all your friends jumped off a tall wooden box, did a flip in the air and landed on their back, would you do it too?”

The answer is, “Yes, actually, we would.”
